Information about enrollment at Saint Mary Eufracia Montessori may be obtained from the Office of the School Registrar. SMEM does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, nationality, or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, its admission policies, or in any school administered program.

AGE:
Nursery................. 3-4 years old
Junior Casa .......... 4 years old
Senior Casa .......... 5 years old
Grade I ................ 6 years old
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
1. Photocopy of Birth Certificate (new enrollees)
2. Form 137 (new enrollees)
3. Baptismal Certificate (new enrolles, when applicable)
4. Two (2) copies 1"x1" ID picture (yearly requirement)
